These terms are an agreement between you and CodelabIT ("we", "us") for using Avrony at avrony.com and app.avrony.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you use Avrony for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Workspace owners decide who joins their workspace and which role each person has.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content
You own the content you put into Avrony. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can provide the service to you and your team. You're responsible for having the right to upload it, including any personal data about your clients.
Acceptable use
Don't use Avrony to break the law, send spam, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Plans and payment
Avrony currently offers a free plan. When paid plans launch, prices and limits will be shown before you choose one, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Paid plans will renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Avrony fast and available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we remove something important you rely on, we'll tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Ending your account
You can stop using Avrony at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may close accounts that break these terms. Before a closure that isn't urgent, we'll give you a chance to export your data.
Liability
Avrony is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Avrony after that means you accept the new terms.
